Youth Leadership Institute
A program structured after the Hutchinson Leadership Institute, Youth Leadership aims to develop up-and-coming leaders in 10th-12th grade at NCA each year. Students are nominated by teachers and the program discussed topics like teamwork, diversity, communication, conflict resolution, and much more. Classes take place during the school day and often include off-site experiences and interactions with mentors in the community. Reach out to your adviser or Ms. Dolge for more information.
