An honor such as induction to the National Honor Society is a wonderful way for our school to recognize and celebrate the choices, and sometimes the sacrifices each student has made during their high school career.  Like most things, it is not the honor itself that makes all of us most proud, but what each student had to do to get it.

“The reward of a thing well done is to have done it.”  –  Ralph Waldo Emerson.  The staff at New Century Academy challenge each of these students to rest not on their laurels but to continue 2014_2015_All Eightto strive towards even greater goals.  The four categories, scholarship, leadership, service, and character are the core of a fulfilled and fulfilling life.  They are the sum of many individual decisions and embody a positive attitude backed by purpose.”

Four students were inducted into the New Century Academy Chapter of the National Honor Society on Thursday evening, March 26, 2015.

Congratulations to Lydia Bedgood, Josh Draxten, Isabelle Gasser and Alexis Grack.  They have joined current members Malachi Bedgood, McKenzie Ebert, Katelyn Huls and Paige Richardson.
