One of the cool ideas we would like to introduce to fundraising this year is Script. Script is where you buy gift cards to use at your favorite stores, and New Century Academy receives a percentage back. There are many local businesses and popular establishments on the list including Amazon!
Ways to help raise money with gift cards
- Buy gift cards to your favorite places you already shop. Use the gift cards for your purchases and change nothing to your normal buying habits.
- Buy gift cards and stock up for the upcoming holidays and gift-giving occassions.
- Tell your friends and family about this fundraiser and ask them to buy gift cards to their favorite places to shop. Remind them this is ongoing each month, and they can always buy more!
This month we will take orders from now until 9/28. It will take about a week to get the gift cards in, and they will be in typical plastic form, ready to use or give as a gift.
